Subject to Terms and Conditions:
1. If you could please make sure you have with you your driving licence, glasses if required and if you have taken it, your Theory Test Certificate.
2. To take on road lessons, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the required licence to drive under the tuition of an instructor. In the UK you must be 17 years old (unless you are disabled, in which case it is 16) and have a valid provisional licence. Drivers with International licences, must ensure they have the eligibility to drive in the UK, or will be liable for lesson fee and costs.
3. Lessons must be paid for in full prior to or at the beginning of the lesson.
4. Lessons will be conveyed verbally or by text in detail before making any lesson booking.
5. We advise all clients to speak with us by text, email or telephone communication 'before' making an online payment.
6. Please telephone or email our Driving School if you have not received a response from us, or if for any reason we have not been unable to make contact with you within 5 working days of making your online payment.
7. If you cannot attend a lesson, please contact us so as we can rearrange your lesson. The more notice we are given the more likely it is we will be able to rearrange the lesson.
8. We reserve the right to amend driving lessons if we are unable to keep the appointment in the event of pre-booked driving tests, mechanical breakdown, sickness, pre-booked holidays or due to immovable traffic. Your instructor will re-arrange the lesson at some mutually agreed time and date and previously paid fees will be carried forward.
9. For the purpose of booking lessons the working week is Monday to Sunday.
10. Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Wherever possible we will offer an alternative lesson.
11. If a suitable alternative cannot be offered within the same working week and less than 48 hours notice has been given, you will be charged the full lesson fee.
12. Cancellations due to illness that fall into category 11 above, will not be charged when accompanied by a doctor's note.
13. If you require a break in your lessons due to holidays, 2 weeks notice is required.
14. If you cancel more than 2 lessons in any 4 week period, and these lessons cannot be rearranged, your place in the program may be at risk.
15. Holidays are an exception to category 14 above.
16. Before booking practical Driving Tests, an ADI reference number will be supplied to confirm the readiness of the student driver's ability for test and for use of the Driving School vehicles.
17. The price for the use of the vehicle for your practical test will be £135.00. This includes travel to and from the test, practice before the test, use of a vehicle for the test and the test itself. Weekend tests or tests prior to 10.00 A.M. weekdays, carry a £50 premium, that will be added to the test charge.
18. If you have a test booked and in the Instructor's opinion, you do not make the expected progress in your lessons, between the date of booking and the test date, the Instructor may decide not to permit you to use his vehicle for your test and will not be responsible for any fees that you pay for the test, which are lost.
19. Private practice with a suitable accompanying driver will be recommended at a certain time in your tuition. It is your responsibility to ensure the accompanying driver is entitled to accompany you and the vehicle used is suitably insured and roadworthy.
20. We take no responsibility for any incidents that may occur whilst taking private practice.
21. Payments for gift vouchers expire after 6 months but can be extended if requested within the time limit. Any pre-paid offers expire after 12 months, at which time the remaining fee, convert to the normal hourly rate in force. There will be no cash value after this time limit.

22. By agreeing to have photographs taken after the Test Pass, you grant permission for your image(s) to be used and displayed across corporate media platforms, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and promotional content, at the discretion of the company.
23. By agreeing to have lessons you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
